Work of the team

Led by partner Keith Mahoney the team provides prompt and practical advice on a comprehensive range of insolvency issues; contentious or non-contentious and within any insolvency framework. It is supported by property, corporate and commercial lawyers who understand the insolvency implications of their specialisations

In personal insolvency we advise individuals subject to IVA's, bankruptcy and former bankrupts facing asset recovery and other actions brought by insolvency practitioners.
