Elderly client issues

Meade King's elderly client issues team have a wealth of expertise in this area and advise both elderly clients and their carers on a wide range of topics, including drafting lasting powers of attorney, registration of existing lasting powers of attorney and receivership applications.

Work of the team

The team also deals with issues arising in connection with care homes. Richard Boulding is a member of the Office of the Public Guardian Panel of Receivers.

The team offers an expert professional service but appreciates that dealing with issues such as mental health and residential or nursing care topics can be distressing and difficult for the family. Consequently, we are happy to offer home and hospital visits where appropriate.
