The work of the team The team have a wealth of expertise in this area and advise both elderly clients and their carers on a wide range of topics, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of existing Enduring Powers of Attorney and Receivership applications. The team also deals with issues arising in connection with care homes. Richard Boulding is a member of the Office of the Public Guardian Panel of Receivers. The team offers an expert professional service but appreciates that dealing with issues such as mental health and residential or nursing care topics can be distressing and difficult for the family.
