Philip Burbidge's experience covers such diverse areas as complex high value arbitrations and court actions through to advice on weighty partnering and infrastructure contracts. He is also particularly well versed and experienced in the demanding area of adjudication. In addition he is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and is legal consultant for the Federation of Master Builders, South West Area.

We deal with a wide range of disputes from residential developments, extensions and refurbishment through to traditional structural and engineering claims, loss expense and delay claims as well as fielding experience in areas of mechanical and electrical engineering and facilities and healthcare management

On the non-contentious side Philip and the team advise on contract drafting and amendment and the preparation of professional services packages for developments and builds.
